My Approach

My approach is empathetic, very professional, and understanding. I always start from where the client is, and from there, we develop a plan focused on the individual’s goals and needs.  My therapeutic coaching style combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions, mindfulness, and a strength-based empowerment approach. In my sessions, I apply elements of quantum physics and integrative medicine for a deeper understanding of the mind and how it works in creating the life we want.  During my years of experience, I have worked with people from different backgrounds, ages, and cultures, including veterans and women victims of domestic violence and abuse. I have also coached and trained executives and supervisors in leadership and personal growth and provided coaching in their areas of need. I have also supported and cooperated with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, life and career challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder, lack of motivation, and low self-esteem.  Perfection does not exist, but we can always aim for a better and more fulfilling future. Therefore, if your goal is to increase your level of awareness and have more control over your life, working together will give you the tools you need to live a more joyful and balanced life. Sometimes, we need someone free of judgment to support and guide us throughout this process. It is a fact that life gets better when we have someone to rely on.
